Versa 2 screen stopped showing my progress on the screen

Versa 2 stopped showing all progress on watch. Progress still shows on app but not the watch face.

Hi there @Iceman1, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 stopped showing your progress. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I'll be glad to help you. 

Have you checked if your Versa 2 is still paired to your Fitbit app? Which data are you able to see on the Fitbit app? Is showing steps, floors, etc.? If you're only seeing your calories burned, it seems to me that your watch got mistakenly unpaired from your app and that would explain the issue you're having. 

To see when was the last time your watch synced or check if it's still paired to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image. If your Versa 2 is no longer paired, please set it up again by following the steps at: How do I set up my Fitbit device?.
