Hi Woke up one morning and the screen for my fitbit was not working at all. Have tried restarting the Versa 2, can feel the vibration (i.e when it restarts), the logo comes on but then nothing at all. The light at the bottom of the watch is on, but other than the logo coming on, nothing else happens. Have only had the versa 2 for 2 months. Help!

Hi @eelllbee That dpesnt sound good! Try a factory reset but if that doesnt wake it up you will need to contact Support

Fitbit Support

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

@eelllbee, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since the screen won't turn on. By the way, thank you for restarting your watch before contacting our forums.

After trying the workaround that @NellyG shared, please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if your watch screen comes back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

Hi, Also did this to be on the safer side as i don't know if this was what caused the problem in the first instance.

Thanks.
