Versa 2 screen unresponsive and battery dying

For the past week my screen has been intermittently working. Sometimes it would not respond to touch and would look as thought the digitiser was broken, then would work perfectly fine.

 

It is progressively getting worse and now, it is running out of battery in less than a day. It is still tracking steps, heart rate etc.

 

Today it is constantly turning itself off and on. 

 

I have the normal clock face, and dont use it for music or notifications etc. Just basic steps and calorie counting.

Hi @Saraholsen92 , before contacting Customer Support, restart your Versa 2 three times in a row by long pressing the left button untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the button (this is the first thing they will be asking you to do to solve the problem). regards kuzibri
