Screen has become unresponsive to swipes after 6 months usage.
Tried switching to an official, standard watch face - makes no difference.
Tried factory resetting by holding down power button, waiting to see the fitbit symbol then releasing power button for a second, holding down again and waiting for a longer vibration... that I never get.
Tried unsyncing from my phone, turning fitbit off, restarting phone, reconnecting.. but I can't enter the "four digits on my devices display" because I can't get past my own pin code.. so now I can't reconnect it to my phone even 🙃
Help?
