Hi there @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums.

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi, I have the same problem with  my Versa 2. This morning it worked fine but this afternoon it turned black.
I've tried all the options but my screen still remains totally black. Don't know what to  do next.
