Versa 2 screen went blank

  • My versa 2 was fully charged yesterday morning and by the End of the day it went dead. I charged it overnight and now it is a black screen with a blue box around it. It is still syncing to my phone but I can’t see the screen. I have rebooted it numerous times and that did nothing to fix it. 
    please help!!
