Versa 2 screen went blank

Versa 2- Clock display no longer showing.  Just an amber lit blank screen.

 

What I have tried:

  • Reseting several times
  • Full charge
  • Changing clock face
  • All nothing/no change

App function still collecting data, step count HR, Battery life etc.  Working.

 

Kindly requesting a solution.  Much appreciated if anybody has a fix🙂

HI @Besstd - seems like a hardware fault - if it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, take it back for replacement with a new one, they aren't repaired.
