Went to put my 10month old versa 2 on charge using the original versa charger and now I don't have any info (date/time,etc) on my screen, but I can swipe left to access the features.
Just diddle squat on the watch screen.

Hi @Spookyrooky That sounds really weird! Try restarting the watch a couple of times. If that doesn't help then change the watch face to a different one - preferably a fitbit watch face. Hopefully one of those ideas will fix it for you.

Has anything worked? I’m having the same issue. I charged it, it was working. Took it off the charger and put it on and it worked and then the next time I checked it, it wasn’t working. But will still show notifications and let me swipe to other screens.

Identical issue with my Versa 2. I think mine is more than a year old. It's alive, because it counted steps but the display had a faint red "curtain" in the top right.
I have held down the button for almost 5 minutes many times. I disconnected it from my iPhone and now it will not re-sync. Am about to travel overseas, so rather inconvenient.
