I have seen some conversations regarding the blue/aqua screen of death, but no solutions. I love my watch but this is really starting to be a problem. Can someone please point me in the right direction on how to fix it or get it fixed??

Thank you i

Hi there, @Rbrodowski3. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hello,

I have actually done both of these things and now all I have is a blue/aqua
screen. This is truly disappointing. I really love my watch!
