My son's Versa 2 went green on the screen and wont display anything. We restarted it and now it is just black on the screen and still wont display anything. It connects to the App fine and all the stats are appearing there, but given the screen is blank is not useable at all.

I too am experiencing this and am replying hoping to be prompted when a response is given. My Versa 2 was working fine going to bed last night and waking up this morning I had a green screen. After trying restarts and synching the device, I am left with a black screen and occasional green with flashing jittery lines.

Could you please try changing your Versa 2 clock face following the instructions of: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? Please use a created by Fitbit clock face.

I have changed the watch face and it did not help. It is less than a year old so still under warranty. How do I put a claim in or return to be fixed? Or is there something else I can try?

Please respond to the following questions before proceeding with your claim.
Did you use a created by Fitbit clock face? Do you see the Fitbit logo or a smiley face when you try to restart your watch?

Yes I used a fitbit watch face. There is no logo or smiley face that appears on the screen after re-starting. May I please now have the details of how to make a claim?
