  • About an hour and half ago my Fitbit Versa 2 was just fine and when I went to check the time all I could see was a bright blank whitish green screen. I tried forced restarting it and on the 10th try it finally did but there was no logo just a black screen then it lit back up with the same issue.

Hi there, @Jpetty98. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

As a first approach, please confirm that you've restarted your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the above has been done properly, please try the following even if the screen is not legible:

  • Unpair your Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
