Versa 2 screen went green

Hi,

hope someone can help. I have had my versa 2 watch for nearly 2 years. Without coming across any problems. Yesterday my versa 2 watch face was a solid green colour. I couldn’t see anything on the screen, I reset the watch which helped to get screen back up and running again. This morning I have woken up to the watch having grey lines that are moving down the screen, and the rest of the screen is a solid green or a solid black. I currently have my watch on charge. I was just interested if anyone else has the same issue and what the fix was.
