I bought my Versa2 at the end of November and barely a month later, I am experiencing green screens, black screens with white stripes. If I leave it alone for a few hours, the watch face comes back after several attempts to do a hard reset.
This is very frustrating since I the previous fitbit charge watches have been fairly reliable so far.

Hello @MaisieH, it's nice to see you around the Community Forums. We acknowledge the limitation we have on our part particularly on what you have experienced. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products and services.
Please confirm if you've restarted your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Looking forward to your response.

I switched to a default fitbit face, did a hard reset and while it worked for a day the issue has returned. I now get a flickering white line or a green screen occasionally.
Doing a hard reset the 2nd time seem to have caused a red error message to be displayed. I didn't see what it was before it disappeared.
Now it's just dead. I only bought this watch and another at the end of November. So far 1 watch is not working well, but now I am worried that the other one will be like this soon.
