Versa 2 screen went green

My screen went completely green yesterday with no reason why. I didn’t drop it of knock it. I’ve since been trying to contact Fitbit but apart from being connected to a Dutch screen which I couldn’t translate I’ve had no help at all. I’m beginning to think this is a scam as I have had my Versa 2 for just over 12 months. My pervious Fitbit would not charge once out of warranty and the 30% discount on my new watch wasn’t accepted so now I have 2 useless watches both of which cost over £100.00 🤬
