Versa 2 screen will only display a line at the bottom

My Versa 2 only displays a line at the bottom of the screen.  I have tried restarting but it does not help.

Hi there, @Laurette69. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

Please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi, I have tried changing the clock face but nothing happens.  The screen now is completely black.

Hi @MarreFitbit I have tried restarting, loading other clock faces, updating the software and nothing is working.  The screen is completely black.  The green light at the back comes on, but that is all.  Please assist!
