Versa 2 screen won’t let me access to my apps

My versa 2 won’t let me access any of my apps it’s happened yesterday. When I press an app it does not KAD snd it takes me back to the main menu.

 

anyone know why? I’ve checked it’s linked to WiFi snd up to date with sync snd it’s fully charged
