My versa 2 fitbit is no longer touch sensitive. How do I get this feature back on?Pam

Hi @pam2014 - try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
If your watch suffered water damage then the button may not work or other features may become weird, and if when charging it gets hot stop immediately, this confirms the fault.

If your device got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. On the other hand, if your device has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser and dry it with a lint free-cloth.
If you've done the above but to no avail, may I know if your Versa 2 vibrated during the restart process that @Guy_ has recommended to you? If it didn't, I'd recommend trying the steps below:
