Versa 2 screen won't respond to touch

I cannot get my screen to change to exercise mode.

Is your Versa 2 not responding only when you try to use the Exercise app or the touchscreen is not responding at all?

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

So, my fitbit is pretty much not responding to anything. I tired resetting it and changing the watch face. Neither has helped.
