Versa 2 screen won't respond

Versa 2 screen is white and unresponsive to touch after resetting, changing the clock face, and it's up to date. The battery lasts 1-3 days. There are no scratches or damage to the device. It still monitors everything I do, and Alexa is operable some of the time. Please help! What can I do?
