Versa 2 screen won't “slide” to messages and other apps

I’m having issues with my Versa 2 starting today. The screen doesn’t respond when I’m trying to slide to the upper menu for messages or music controls. It also doesn’t slide to the side to access other apps (alarm, exercise, etc.).

I’ve tried rebooting by holding a button, then I’ve tried to change the clocks “skin”. Now I put it on charger but the problem is still there.

I really appreciate you telling us about your Versa 2 screen and your worries.

Despite the fact that you've previously tried changing the clock face on your device. Some third-party clocks have the potential to have faults like this one. What I can advise is to change the clock face, making sure to select a Fitbit creation. This will guarantee that the device and the clock face will function as intended.

Hi. I have installed Fitbit screens and the issue is still persistent. With a slight change tho, the sliding to the left works but parts of the screen aren’t responsive. Still can’t access the top menu and notifications aren’t showing.
