I've had my Versa 2 for a little over a year without a single issue. Now I can't keep my screen bright 24/7 which is what I want.
I've restarted it several times
Put it on the charger thinking that might do something
My sleep option is off
The brightness is at max
None of my settings have changed...just all of a sudden "poof" I'm having brightness issues.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I've had the same brightness issue with my Versa 2, appears to have started after my iphone updated to IOS 14, but can't confirm that was the catalyst that started the issue. I can't see the screen outside its so dim, and can barely see it inside depending on the lighting. The Brightness is set at Max.
HELP!

Hi @JoelnCheryl @dldeaver, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.
@JoelnCheryl I am sorry to hear your Versa 2 screen won't stay bright. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. Thank you for confirming your brightness setting and making sure that "Sleep mode" is turned off. I recommend changing a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
@dldeaver I am sorry to hear you're experiencing the same issue. I understand how you are feeling and appreciate the additional details. I recommend trying the following:
1. Confirm that the "Sleep mode" is turned off on your Versa 2. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device's screen?
2. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
3. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
Keep me posted on the outcome.
