Versa 2 screen won't stay on

I've had my versa 2 for 4 months and have had no issues. I didn't let it completely die or get it wet. The screen won't stay on, when I turn my wrist or hit the button it'll flicker on for less than a second and won't stay on. The few times it's stayed on longer it would turn off whenever I tried to touch the screen. The green lights are still on and I'm still getting notifications because I feel the vibrations. I've tried restarting it, hard restarting it, updating the app and the software, deleting the app and reinstalling, forgetting the device and repairing. I haven't tried a factory reset because I can't keep the screen on long enough to go into settings and hit factory reset.

HI @Ronirobomb - it sounds like a watch fault, and it can be replaced under warranty. Contact customer support who will take you through a factory reset using the button to confirm it, or resolve it if it turns out to be a software issue.
