I got my versa 2 end of October 2019, it worked great and i loved it BUT in March it started to give me issues, it did not swipe and the battery only lasted 2 days, then it started to give me all this numbers. I want it to be replace, how can I start the process? I see alot of people complaining about this. I was happy with all the previous fitbit but this one is really a disappointing one.

Hi @Lilly88, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
Regarding the swiping and battery draining issues that your Versa 2 experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
Don't hesitate to get back if more assistance is needed.

I’ve been having this same problem with my Fitbit which is very annoying and nothing seems to work such as restarting and I even reset it back to the manufacturer’s settings. What’s next, because I give up... this is my third Fitbit (I've owned other models and never had any problems), but the Versa is rating poorly with me.

Hi
I Have the same probleme. My fitbit doens't want to swipe left and right. The screen does not respond and sometimes freezes. How can I contact someone to chat?
Before I forget, I have already drained the battery completely but this did not change my problem.
