Versa 2 screen won't swipe down

My versa2 won’t swipe down for me to access my notifications

Hello @Dooj 

I’d try restarting your Versa 2. You will not lose any of your data performing a restart. Just press down and hold the button on your Versa 2 until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. You will feel the Versa 2 vibrate indicating the Versa 2 has indeed restarted. If the problem persist try changing your clock face through the Fitbit App: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm. Preferably change to either the original clock face or one made by Fitbit.
