Will not let me swipe down to view TODAY stats. Today icon shows briefly and reverts back to clock.

Hi @BayouC @Lyndal1430 - when the Today app or Settings app doesn't work (when you swipe the watch face to the left and select it) the watch may need a factory reset (not without risk) to get it working again if a simple restart doesn't fix it.

To ensure a greater chance of success once a factory reset has been started, with the watch fully charged, leave it do the change for 5 minutes before doing anything with the watch.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help doing the factory reset using the watch button.

It is a good idea to make a note of the names of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before the reset, or replacement if necessary and sync first if possible.

Hi there, @BayouC. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 screen is acting odd. I will be glad to help you with this!

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hope that helps.

I did a factory reset and now working correctly. Make sure to sync watch with phone before resetting. I didn’t. Lost 4,000 steps. 😢
