Hi there, @MrsSmith2014. Welcome to the Community Forums.

To better assist you with this, may I know the steps you've done so far in order to fix the issue with the screen?

In the meantime, please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I am having this issue too (as of Sunday). I've searched the boards and tried the 3 suggested fixes but my touchscreen is still unresponsive. And, today, it's gotten worse. I had to turn off my alarm by putting watch on charger.

Mods, do you have any other advice? It's seems that is is a known issue (given the dates on the boards) and it makes me want to move on from Fitbit.
