Hi, my fitbit versa 2 suddenly stopped working and now I have a blank white screen. I cannot restart my device, it is already fully charged. I have also changed the clock face which one of the fitbit customer service representative asked me to try but it did not work. Please advise on what I can do to fix this or return the watch. Thank you

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. If you have already tried restarting it several times in a row and that didn't do the trick for you, then the next step is for customer service to help you either resolve the issue or replace it if it's still under warranty.
