My Fitbit last synced this morning. Now screen has gone black. I can’t do anything and it won’t even sync when I go to app on my phone. I have a Versa 2.

Hi @173108vmn, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since the screen has gone black and it won't sync when you open the app.
Please let me know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the screen comes back to life.
In case your watch is still unable to sync, please try the steps included in this help page and see if it syncs properly.

Hi, I have the same problem. My Fitbit Versa 2 last synced 3 hours ago and the battery was at 51% at that point. I noticed a little after that that my screen went black and nothing I do brings the clock back.
When I put out on the charger it doesn't vibrate.
