My watch was working fine, I saw that there was an update and the screen got stuck and now despite charging it will not even turn on.

@olivia13jackson Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the display issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I'd like to know if it vibrates when you put it on the charger.

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa 2 for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
