Versa ran out of charge,now fully charged and syncing to phone but screen blank Green lights flashing ,well 1 is Have tried resetting and changed clock face but still blank help !

If you haven't done so yet, restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Strange isn’t it. Went to bed at 9pm last night with 78% charge and woke up with a dead watch. After connecting to charger, clock showed it died at 1:41am.
