My Versa 2 screen has faded. My phone app records data, but my Versa 2 screen won't project. Help!

mine had green screen flickering and then went black. can't get my screen to come back. sucks because I like Fitbit but this is my 2nd one in 4 years. it seems to die on me every 2 years. i really like their products but i can't afford to buy a Fitbit every 2 years!

Hi! I hear you! My fitbit lasted just under 2 years! My Versa 2 records
steps, etc., but I can only see on my app. It is frustrating because I love
my fitbit! The support team gave me a discount code to purchase a
replacement, but, the code is not friendly! So, I have emailed the support
team to help me resolve this issue. Frustrating, to say the least! Thanks
for responding!

Hi. Well, I couldn't fix it. The support team couldn't fix it, so they gave
me a 35% discount on a new device. Yesterday, in frustration I ordered the
new Sense. My device is working; however I can't see any data! So, I
resorted to a new one. Thanks for asking. Bummer, I know!
