Versa 2 - screen will not turn on

Hi @Puryearmd - it may just need charging. But first double tap the screen and swipe in any direction and see if you get a response, if so change the clock face.

If that doesn't help, after charging check if the watch is syncing with the Fitbit App, if it is try a restart by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to restart.

If it vibrates but the logo doesn't appear the screen may be faulty. Check the syncing again to see if the watch is working.

If it is still not working properly and under warranty it can be replaced where you bought it.
