I recently bought a Versa 2 special addition (two months ago) as a gift for my wife and today, all of the sudden, the swipe action stopped working (which renders the whole watch useless) I tried resetting it as recommended but it still doesn't work. This is extremely disappointing and we also are not based in the U.S. !
My IOS is android.
what should i do next?

Hi @shadiz There is one more thing for you to try - a Button Factory Reset, but if that doesnt help you will need to contact Support.
BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
