Versa 2 - screens keep moving by themselves

Every time I touch the screen on Versa 2 the screens keep moving and flicking between each screen, like it has a mind of its own. I have to reset the watch for it to stop, but will start again when I touch the screen. Getting progressively worse

It seems to be a hardware issue for me, so I guess, you should make it fixed by warranty.

Thanks, I have emailed support, I've only had it since Christmas so warranty should cover fingers crossed

How did you go with this as mine has started doing it too and I don’t know if it’s to do with a bad Fitbit update like how iPhones glitch on a bad ios update or if my watch itself is crapping out

Morning, I contacted support and they had to send me a new fitbit out. I wouldn’t leave it too long as once it starts it just gets worse very quickly.

Ah yes, mine was still in warranty. Sorry they didn’t have any other solution but to replace it.
