My Versa 2 stopped tracking sleep and heart rate and the sensor lights on back don't work. I have done the following:

* Cleaned the back with a cotton ball and rubbing alcohol.

* I have did a factory reset and it did an update.

* Turned off the heart rate setting on main screen, synced it in the app and Turned it on again and synced again.

* Turned Heart Race setting on main screen to off, synced it, then turned fitbit off repeatedly 6 times in row, synced it again and still nothing.

What else can I do?

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @Jhanson23!

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 2. Thanks for having tried all the usual stuff to get things fixed by yourself. As I don't see another possibility I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to see what they can do for you:

I’ve had the same problem, except with my Versa 3. Have seen condensation inside the sensors, but the watch has not anywhere it could have gotten wet. Am drying it out in a sealed bag with a silica gel sachet. Will see how this goes. If not, I’ll be contacting Fitbit support too.
