The setting category on my Versa 2 watch is displayed in numeric format and not in English language. So I have no idea what settings are what. How can I change this or is my watch defective?
This is the very 1st screen when going into settings

Hey there @Mrsalien99, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for taking the time to share this unusual situation with us. I'll be glad to help.
First, let's try restarting the device. You don't actually need to access the settings to do this. Please follow the steps described here.

I have tried that a few times and just did it now per your suggestion. Nothing changed.

Hi @Mrsalien99 - this is a known issue where the watch OS has become corrupted
To fix it you'll need to a factory reset using the buttons, you can find how by looking at other posts or talking with support.
Bear in mind it can sometimes fail and the watch become unusable and It is a good idea to make a note of the names of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before the reset or replacement if necessary.
If you live in the EEA you also may not be able reinstall all your clocks or apps.
