I just received my new Versa 2. After playing around with it for a couple hours, I'd like to submit a humble request to the design gurus at Fitbit. What if you built the smartwatch to work right out of the box? I know, I know, it's a novel concept. But you guys can have it, for free.

It's great to see you around @Defendorio. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

I appreciate your feedback regarding getting the Fitbit devices to work right out of the box. 

 

The best place to make your voice heard is our Feature Suggestion board, those are reviewed by our team and the status will change based in Fitbit's plans. I've noticed you already posted it here, hope people can vote and comment to support it.
