Versa 2 showing Fitbit logo with different languages

The fitbit logo keeps rotating with different languages. It will not change back the the regular clock screen or will not connect. I am unable to reset the screen does not allow any changes just a rotating fitbit logo that shows all different  languages. 

Simeone please help. This is the 1st time I have had any problems with my fitbit. 

Please help😞

I have paired my fitbit it still does not work I still get the scrolling fitbit logo showing different languages. Its stuck o. That face so it want allow me to go to the next step to try and sync

fitbit versa face only scrolls through languages. it is charged and paired

No! Have not been able to get the thing working. I’m not new to Fitbit and I know how they should work but no luck with one. The first one I bought had to be taken back because it wouldn’t show the logo. From the messages I’m getting from Fitbit on my computer it appears that they have some software / download issues that they are unable to correct because of Covid 19 and programmers and technicians being out sick.

hey, i uninstalled the app from my phone and reinstalled it and it worked...hope you have the same luck

This is the second fitbit I have had trouble with in a wee. Started wanting to replace charge 2 because the face cracked. The first replacement I tried was from Target and it wouldn’t do anything and was totally unresponsive. I returned it and purchased Versa lite at another store. After charging all it would do was show the Logo then scroll languages. Nothing I did would change the scrolling. I have been a HR 2 fitbit user for several years and my wife has a Versa. Never had any problem setting them up. Not so much with these.

Switching to an Apple today.
