Hi,
I have my Versa 2 a few years & in the past few days I've been having issues with it not recording steps correctly, not tracking active zone minutes, sleep etc. I decided to try a reset so I hit the button on the side of the watch until the Fitbit logo appeared as was suggested on the forums here when others had similar issues. Now however, a message is appearing on the screen saying "To set up your Versa 2 download the Fitbit app". Any ideas how to fix it so that I don't lose my existing data?. Thank you
