My Versa 2 is showing a black screen when I press the menu button. The clockface is showing, and it wakes up when I move my arm, but that's all I can get out of it now. Once I press the menu button, the screen goes black. I got some notifications on the watch some hours ago, but it is no longer scrolling up, down, left or right. I have restarted the watch several times, but the issue persists. Is anyone experiencing this, or does my watch have an issue? It is barely a year old and not my first Fitbit watch, so it will be very disappointing if the watch has a problem.

Black screen now. Many flashes and vibrations in days before. Red dot on my wrist. Weird.

Still no word from Fitbit. Can someone let us know if this is a bug that needs to be fixed or if all our watches went bad suddenly? A response would be nice.

This just happened to me! I woke up and screen is black, doesn't do anything. The clock shows up when plugged in but can only swipe to one screen. When off the charger the logo will show up then disappears. Have tried everything. Would love some answers.

I have been having the same issue the last few months. at first I thought maybe I just needed to charge it, but I just charged 2 days ago so shouldn’t have died and it’s just over a year old. This is crap, they aren’t cheap!
