Versa 2 showing incorrect heart rate and steps

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have just purchased a Versa 2 and it doesn’t seem to be tracking my heart rate correctly. At rest it is higher than it should be during a workout at the gym. After a very calm walk earlier it said my bpm was 130. It also seems to be adding steps when I haven’t walked anywhere. Just while sitting down and setting it up I somehow walked 11 steps. I have tried following advice online about resetting it but nothing has worked and I’m feeling pretty disappointed in the product after treating myself. Any advice?
