Hi my Fitbit verse 2 went off Friday night and the next day I tried changing it and the pink exclamation make came up over the battery display on the watch and it’s not connecting to my phone Bluetooth nor is it charging.

When I have had this in the past I have pressed and help the power button for 20 seconds and then put it on charge and after about half hour it is charging ok.
