I had to restart my Versa 2 after charging. Now it says “This app requires the “internet” permission to be granted and has a red circle with a white outlined X in the middle. I can’t get it off the main screen & have tried everything I can find about internet. Help!!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Sewnsew57.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling and recommend doing the following:

1. Reboot your phone.
2. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
3. Choose your model, tap on replace and follow the onscreen instructions.

It originally was suddenly a day behind (date-wise) and way off time after
charging recently. Never had that happen before. So I actually did reset
it all. But I tried it again by rebooting my phone and it still didn't
work. The home screen shows a red outlined circle with a white outlined x
in the middle and it says "This app requires the "internet" permission to
be granted". I've checked all the internet stuff I could find and nothing
changes this. Help
