My Fitbit versa 2 has been locked out, so when ever I try to swipe across the screen, a message pops up saying “Unlock with your phone.” I tried to unlock it from my phone, but it was not working, so I got rid of it from my account, hoping that would work after I reconnected it. Now, when I am trying to connect it again, it is asking me to enter a code that comes up on the screen, but this code does not show up. All that shows up is the message saying “Unlock with your phone.” How do I fix this, as it is not connected to my device, nor can I go to settings to do a factory reset?

I know that I have to go to my phone to do that, but it is no longer part of my account. Now, when I try to re-sync it, it is asking for me to enter a code on the watch's face, which does not show up. I am trying to factory reset it, but I cannot enter the settings to do so. Do you have any ideas on what I have to do?

@ARCHIE6002 If a simple restart doesn't work and get you back to the fitbit.com/setup scrolling screen, then you should contact Support for more help. Press and hold the button for at least 10 seconds.
