As I was getting my kids to bed last night, I knew my Versa 2 was at 14% battery. At some point I noticed it looked like I had held the side button down to set up. Then the logo started flashing off and on. I’ve seen the suggestions to fix the problem to force a reboot, but it’s not working. It even sat on the charger last night and nothing has changed. I’ve barely had it 2 years. I cannot contact customer support as it keeps saying the link I’m trying to use is going on a “different path”.
Please help, I’d hate to have to buy another tracker when it’s not in my budget at the moment.

Still the same issues. Seems like it’s not even powering in. Just flashing the logo at me. It’s currently on the charger, but nothing showing if it’s charging and no glowing lights underneath.

We can try a factory reset. But I fear it won’t work because the Fitbit Logo is flashing but it’s worth a shot.
Go ahead and keep it on the charger for at least 30 mins then start the Factory Reset
To perform the factory reset please do as follows.:
If the Fitbit gets factory reset properly then perform the same steps to Set Up A Device in my previous post

I tried all the same exact steps and still nothing but the logo .... I even uninstalled the fitbit app and reinstalled it ...
I don't have a button on the back ?? There is only a button on the side and that does not do anything ??

The button on the side of the Fitbit Versa 2 @bevgrundvig is referred to the back button as well. Hence when your in the settings of the Versa 2 and you want to return to the clock face you can hit the “back button” once to return to the previous page. It’s just a term that means the same (interchangeable )

I just realized it may be because my charging dock could be damaged. The other day when I last charged it, plugging the wall adapter into the socket, there was flash and the wall adapter got a burn on it along with the brick outlet. 🤦🏻:female_sign: Ordering a new one today from Amazon Japan; I’ll update tomorrow.

Oh my @Cranberry79 you poor thing. But it’s good that you remembered this incident and this likely could be what might be the issue. When you get your new charger give the Fitbit Versa 2 a good charge and hopefully it only needs charging. But, please come back and let me know how things go with a healthy charge and if you have problems then don’t hesitate to come back and we can continue with troubleshooting. 😉

Still not turning on. I’m super bummed. It’s barely 2 years old. It sat on the new charger all night and nothing. I held the side button and nothing. Just the flashing logo. Off I go to buy a new one.

I feel your pain !! I experienced the exact same thing and mine was already a replacement from the warranty and I got this replacement May of last year ....... My warranty expired 12/2021 😭

Have exactly the same issue, my verse is two years old now and suddenly it starts flashing with logo. I tired even remove the device from the app and now I am not link it anymore

Hello,
I've tried that and didnt work,,,(and now I dont have my fitbit anymore on my account) the display still shows the flashing logo... tried to charge, to reset, everything and nothings happens...

Hi, how do I paire it again?
now on my accbount it says No Devices Paired...
just exaclty what is happening to me...
I tried to set up a new device and it deleted my old and now I cant connect.. cel phone doesnt recongize the versa bluetooth
