It's been nly been 2 months n it won't start .The display just shows a message "Data not cleared .Syn n try again".But I am unable to sync also.None of the other apps or features are accessible.please help asap.

Hi @Hemani, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the "Data not cleared" message that your Versa 2 has been displaying, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.
