Versa 2 shows a "Data Not Cleared" message

Hit factory reset and now screen says "data not cleared Sync & try again". But still won't sync and there after powering off! What do I?

Please try a regular restart, as described in this help article. After this, try setting up your watch from scratch and see if the issue gets fixed.
