I got a FitBit Versa 2 for a Christmas gift this year, and I really love it. I've had no problems to report until today when all of a sudden I received an error on the screen of my Versa 2. The error states "Data not cleared, sync and try again". I've tried to turn it off and on again as well as putting it on the charger for 30 min (the battery was at ~60% before this happened), but I've had no luck. Any suggestions?

Regarding the "Data not clear" error message that your Versa 2 showed, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums. Also, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
