My fitbit didn't sync since yesterday. It was already not showing me my messages. Well not it is off and not going back on at all I don't even know how to do that I press the button and it says this: It shows a x in a circle and says Data not cleared sync & try again. It doesn't say how to do this. It won't even go on.
This cost me a lot of money. Please help me.

Hi @shadowstoys, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issues that your Versa 2 experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
