Hi,
I have problem to my versa 2. I need help how to fixed it. My watch it happened out of battery and I charged to turn on again then I sync to my phone. Now I have this message on the top it says “ The app requires the internet permission to be granted”. How can I removed that?

Hi @Steph39, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 displayed a "Internet Permission needs to be granted" message.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. In case the issue persists please reply to their last email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
